Registered-Doctor.com is an online doctor service that connects users to doctors. For your total peace of mind we check the medical licence of doctors who consult on this website and do not rely on third parties. We want to improve patient choice so we don’t push or steer you to see any doctor or clinic. You choose. Membership is free.

How it works?

Option 1 - choose and book a specialist doctor or general practitioner to consult online after seeing their qualifications and the fees they charge. Use live video, live chat or post a question. There is no need to download any software either – the website will automatically connect you.

Option 2 - float a quick question – the first available doctor will respond.

A Prescription service exists for patients with a UK-registered GP (link to Prescription FAQs).

Children can also get a consultation but must be accompanied by an adult (link to Child FAQs).

You are only billed if a doctor confirms that he will take your case. You may cancel up to 24 hours before an appointment. You get to rate your doctor after consulting them.

As a separate service this platform offers free medical information and listings of top doctors recommended by other doctors as amongst the best in their fields.
