After creating an account for a child the main account holder, who must be an adult with legal parental responsibility or legal guardianship, may give access to another other parent with legal responsibility or legal guardianship. In this case it is the responsibility of the main account holder to keep any code sent to them confidential with the exception that it may be given to another parent with legal responsibility or legal guardianship of the child, who must agree to keep it confidential and safe.

Your information may be viewed by healthcare professionals like doctors who, at your request, you may be entering, or enter, into a consultation with. As regulated professionals they are bound by their professional code of conduct with regard to confidentiality and protection of patient data. Your data may also be shared to be compliant with regulators, in any legal proceedings, on the basis of professional (e.g. legal) advice, or in the event of there being risk to the wider public. If you have a family doctor or GP registered in the UK they will be sent relevant information on any prescription issued. While this website does not cater for medical emergencies, we may provide data to emergency services include other healthcare providers such as paramedics if felt to be in your interests. Such information will be held according to the private policy of these other organisations.

You can ask us about how we process your personal data in relation to marketing.
