REGISTRATION
- Each registration is for a single user only. The Company does not permit you to share your user name and password with any other person nor with multiple users on a network.
- Responsibility for the security of any passwords issued rests with you.
- If creating an account for a child, the main account holder must be an adult with legal parental responsibility or legal guardianship for the child. The main account holder may give access to another other parent with legal responsibility or legal guardian. In this case it is the responsibility of the main account holder to keep any code sent to them confidential with the exception that it may be given to another parent with legal responsibility or legal guardianship of the child, who must agree to keep it confidential and safe.
- Children must be accompanied by the parent or legal guardian on a consultation. If a healthcare professional feels the child has sufficient capacity and the child additionally refuses the presence of an adult then the consultation may be ended without refund. You should therefore ensure in advance of any consultation that the child gives informed consent to the consultation.

The Company may make changes to the material on the Website, or to the products and prices described in it, at any time without notice. Any views expressed or advice provided by healthcare professionals or pharmacists are not necessarily endorsed by the Company. You and your healthcare practitioner or Pharmacy are solely responsible for all information provided and/or advice given. You should seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional (e.g. doctor) regarding any medical concerns (including before commencing, stopping or changing any treatment including medication) even if you have already obtained medical advice via or read relevant material on the website.
- The Company does not guarantee that any mode of online communication is the best course of obtaining medical advice or treatment, or the appropriate mode of obtaining advice or treatment for your particular healthcare or medical concern or issue. You agree to contact your family doctor or GP immediately should your condition change or your symptoms worsen (if not registered with a UK GP you agree to contact your local hospital or clinic for medical advice). If you need urgent care, you should immediately contact your nearest emergency medical service. Regardless of the urgency or severity of your condition, a healthcare professional on this website may feel after online consultation across this website that you are better assessed face to face in a healthcare facility. The Company will not reimburse you if this happens.
- The Company does not employ healthcare professionals outside administrative roles. Healthcare professionals such as doctors offering consultations, advice and treatments on the Website are not employed by the Company. The Company does not employ Pharmacists, and does not dispense drugs. Responsibility for writing and sending prescriptions (by mail, electronically or otherwise) lies with the prescribing physician. Responsibility for dispensing prescriptions lies with the Pharmacy.

- The Company and the officers, directors, employees, shareholders or agents of any of them, exclude all liability and responsibility for any amount or kind of loss or damage that may result to you or may be caused by you:
(a) in connection with any medical negligence or misdiagnosis or wrong advice or wrong action made or given by a healthcare professional (eg doctor, pharmacist) or other individual during the course of any activity using this website or related to this website including a consultation or issuing of a statement such as a prescription or sick note or other statement. Professional indemnity is the sole responsibility of the healthcare professional providing services to you and the Company has no responsibility in this area. The Company does not check professional indemnity of healthcare professionals, clinics, pharmacies or other individuals and entities. The company is not involved in the dispensing of medicines which is the sole responsibility of pharmacies.
(b) in connection with any medical negligence or misdiagnosis or wrong advice or wrong action made or given by a healthcare professional (eg doctor, pharmacist) or other individual during the course of a consultation or issuing of a statement (e.g. prescription or sick note) or of a drug or other product by an individual or entity that has wilfully / fraudulently breached the pre-registration checks for this website. This includes where such an individual or entity has sought to register him/herself/themselves as a licensed doctor or other professional or pharmacy when they have no appropriate licence, or have acted outside of any restrictions on their professional licence, or to function as a pharmacy or other entity for the purpose of this website, or has provided misleading information.
(c) in connection with the loss or damage due to viruses that may infect your computer equipment, software, data or other property on account of your access to, use of, or browsing the Website or your downloading of any material from the Website or any websites linked to the Website.
(d) in connection with activity by pharmacies, clinics or other entities.
(e) in connection with drugs or other products obtained using this website including errors in prescribing or dispensing. Liability for prescribing drugs rests with the prescribing physician. Liability for dispensing drugs lies with the Pharmacist.

- where a healthcare professional, pharmacy or other entity misses deadlines (including non-attendance or poor punctuality), including no-shows or failure to send a prescription or for it to reach the correct address or on time
- where a pharmacist refuses to dispense a prescription
- where a user (patient, healthcare professional or other entity) has not kept their details up to date or inputted wrong or misleading information
- where the conduct of a user has allowed 3rd parties access to the website e.g. leaving their device unattended, failure to protect passwords, failure to change their password regularly or after data breaches. You must inform us urgently if you suspect someone other than you knows your password or for codes for children someone other than the legally responsible parent or legal guardian.
- as a result of any unauthorised use of your Account.
- where a fraudulent account(s) has been created, whether on this Website or any associated entities including payment gateways and bank accounts
- where there has been a breakdown in communication while using the website

GENERAL CONDUCT
- It is your responsibility to ensure any details in your account (including for a child where relevant) are up to date e.g. address, allergies, GP. You should ensure these are correct before a new consultation. If you have a family doctor or GP registered in the UK you must provide their address or the prescription may not be issued, in which case you will not be liable for any reimbursement.
- You will not make abusive comments about individuals or entities. Comments whether positive or negative should be constructive and help other users. The website has the right to delete any comments or ratings at its discretion and without providing an explanation.
- The Company has the right to restrict access to any user solely at its discretion, and if felt reasonable does not have to provide any explanation.
- You must not assume a doctor will prescribe a drug you desire. You will not be reimbursed if the drug(s) is not prescribed or if you are unhappy with a consultation. You will however be given the option to rate the doctor. Doctors have the option not to show ratings.
- You will not use the same prescription to obtain dispensation of the relevant drug(s) more than once e.g. using both an online prescription and its corresponding printed prescription. You will not forge doctors' signatures or make copies of prescriptions.
- You will ensure that any preparation has been done before a consultation e.g. having relevant ID ready if relevant, working webcam, sufficient internet connectivity and bandwidth for the mode of consultation (eg video). You are not entitled to a refund in case of connection failures or failure to provide documents.
- You will be charged for a consultation if you do not show, are unpunctual, or do not cancel within the period specified at the time of booking
- Healthcare professionals and other entities agree not to steer patients to other online platforms or face to face encounters as a pre-condition of using this Website, unless there is an over-riding clinical reason. You will inform the website administration if a healthcare professional (eg doctor) or entity (eg pharmacy) steers you without good clinical reason to another online platform other than Registered-Doctor.com or to a face to face encounter. There may be a good clinical reason for their conduct but if you believe they have taken you elsewhere primarily for their own financial profit and not for a valid clinical reason you should inform us.
- If you choose to seek advice from a healthcare professional who is not licensed in the UK, which may be the case with Quick Question, or options where you can choose your doctor, you understand that the individual is subject to the regulations on practicing medicine in that country, state, territory or other entity in which they practice. Those standards may be different to the standards used in the UK. Their comprehension of English may also be different, and their understanding of medical terminology. The quality of connection across the internet may not be as reliable. Furthermore in the unfortunate event of pursuing a legal claim against that healthcare professional this may be substantially more difficult and may not be as feasible as in the UK.
- You will not seek prescription of items including drugs for illicit use. You will not seek to hoard drugs. Doctors and healthcare entities like pharmacists have agreed not to use this website to provide post-coital contraception, for procuring abortions of a human foetus or unlawful trafficking in human tissues and organs. They have also been instructed not to use this website for transacting suicide, euthanasia or any form of deliberate harm to any person. This includes female genital mutilation (also known as female circumcision). You agree to abide by the laws of the state, country or territory to which you are subject.

With respect of any services you have ordered you expressly agree that the Company may pre-authorise the debit or credit card which is registered to your Account. You expressly agree that, after a healthcare professional has confirmed they will take your case, we may automatically take payment of the charges for the relevant services from the debit or credit card registered to your Account. If we are unable to pre-authorise or process payment of the relevant charges to your registered debit or credit card (whether due to your own action or omission or the action or omission of any third party), we will not be able to provide the relevant services. Pre-authorisation and payment may be taken via a payment gateway such as PayPal.

It may result in the Company taking any or all of the following actions at our sole discretion:
